OPEN - Only tickets that you have not worked on at all should remain OPEN


PENDING  - This is if we are still busy with the ticket and we are maybe searching for information


RESOLVED  - This is used if we have properly addressed the clients enquiry and the matter is finalised


CLOSED  -  This is used if we have properly addressed the clients enquiry and the matter is finalised


WAITING ON CUSTOMER - This is used if we have asked a client for input and we need this to resolve the ticket. EG, we are awaiting a clear ID copy


WAITING ON THIRD PARTY  - This is if we are waiting on a third party like the CIPC (for example if a company has been submitted to CIPC and we just need it to come back, or we are waiting for a fellow consultant to revert back with clarity on a particular client
